  6. If you observe anything that is not in the best interest of The Ruff Ranch, its team members, clients, or four-legged guests, please bring it to management's attention or take action to correct it.

  7. Less drama equals more fun; check all drama and negativity at the door!

  8. Always have compassion and empathy for dogs and clients.

COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY

  1. Communicate with clients and staff in a professional, patient, and positive manner.

  2. Constructive and meaningful communication is expected through the following channels: Slack, email, suggestion box, handheld radios, in person, or via phone.

  3. Contribute to the positive, avoid the negative.

  4. If you don’t know, or are unsure, ask! You can never over communicate!
