If you observe anything that is not in the best interest of The Ruff Ranch, its team members, clients, or four-legged guests, please bring it to management's attention or take action to correct it.
Less drama equals more fun; check all drama and negativity at the door!
Always have compassion and empathy for dogs and clients.

Communicate with clients and staff in a professional, patient, and positive manner.
Constructive and meaningful communication is expected through the following channels: Slack, email, suggestion box, handheld radios, in person, or via phone.

If you don’t know, or are unsure, ask! You can never over communicate!
