Our team can include up to 20 people working across training, kennel care, front desk, bathing, transportation, maintenance, and operations.
Rather than trying to keep an online directory updated every time someone joins the Ranch, we keep this page focused on the three leadership faces clients are most likely to know.

It Takes a Whole Team
Julia, Justin, and Kayla are only three of the people behind The Ruff Ranch.
Depending on the season and needs of the Ranch, our team can include up to 20 people.
Training
Practical training, behavior work, evaluations, confidence building, and owner communication.
Kennel Care
Daily care, feeding, cleaning, observation, enrichment, play, and plenty of hands-on dog time.
Front Desk
Helping clients, coordinating information, answering questions, and keeping the day organized.
Bathing
Helping dogs head home cleaner, fresher, and hopefully with slightly less Ranch attached to them.
Transportation
Safely coordinating dogs between our shuttle locations and The Ruff Ranch.
Maintenance
Keeping the facility, equipment, yards, and the physical pieces of the Ranch working.
Operations
Connecting schedules, systems, people, communication, client experience, and the business behind all those dogs.
And somehow everybody eventually gets covered in dog hair.
