A simpler, more predictable transportation schedule.
We’re updating The Ruff Ranch transportation service to make it more reliable, predictable, and efficient for our clients, dogs, and team.
Consolidating transportation to three days per week allows us to maintain consistent routes and times, reduce delays, and keep our team focused on providing excellent care for the dogs at The Ruff Ranch.
No worries — your reservation stays as booked.
If you already have an existing transportation reservation, nothing changes for that booking.
We will honor previously confirmed transportation arrangements, including scheduled home pick-ups and drop-offs.
If your dog is already scheduled to be brought home, we will still bring your dog directly home as originally arranged. There is no need to rebook.
The new system applies to new transportation bookings going forward.

PLEASE BE ON TIME
Our transportation service now works like a shuttle or bus route. Each stop has a scheduled window, and our driver needs to leave on time to reach the next stop.
Our schedule is an actual schedule. Please arrive a few minutes early with your dog ready for a smooth handoff.
If you miss your AM pick-up window, the shuttle may already be heading to the next stop and we cannot guarantee transportation that day.
PM DROP-OFF
Please make sure someone is available at your selected location during the scheduled PM window to receive your dog.

Prefer to come directly to The Ruff Ranch?
Absolutely. The shuttle is optional. You can always drop off and/or pick up your dog directly at The Ruff Ranch instead.
